Ingredients needed to make Amaranth Laddus

150 grams Amaranth or Rajgira
250 grams jaggery
1 cup water, you can increase or decrease it as per your need
2 spoons ghee
10-12 raisins and cashews

How to make Amaranth Laddus

Roast the amaranth seeds on low flame. While roasting the grains, keep stirring the ladle continuously. When the amaranth seeds start crackling, turn off the gas and keep them aside in a plate. Now filter the roasted grains with the help of a sieve, so that the fine grains of amaranth are filtered and the swollen grains can be used to make laddus. Do it for.

Place a pan or kadhai on the gas and add ghee in it, after the ghee gets heated a little, add jaggery in it and add water, wait for the jaggery to dissolve.
Add amaranth seeds, raisins and cashew nuts to this jaggery syrup. Mix it well. Your laddu mixture is ready.

Let it cool slightly, and apply ghee on your hands and prepare round laddus from the mixture. Your delicious laddus are ready, store them in a container and eat them anytime.
