4. Iceland
No student has to pay tuition fees in the public universities of Iceland, a small country in Europe. A nominal registration fee has to be paid for admission. There are a total of 7 universities in Iceland. Out of which four are government and three are private.
5. Norway
The study is free for all students in public universities in Norway too. This policy applies to students studying for bachelor, master and PhD. There are also plenty of job opportunities in Norway.
