Delhi Capitals (DC)seeing promise in his potential, bid for him at his base price of INR 50 lakh. This strategic acquisition proved highly beneficial for Delhi, as Stubbs delivered an outstanding performance, scoring 378 runs across the season. He emerged as Delhi’s second-highest run-scorer, hitting three half-centuries and finishing only behind Rishabh Pant.
