New Delhi: Yatin Shah, the Joint CEO and co-founder of 360 ONE Wealth has made a staggering real estate transaction. Recently, he bought a duplex which faces the seas in Worli’s Prime Ceejay Residency. The cost of the transaction is a humungous Rs 158.5 crore.

According to a report by Zapkey, the carpet area of the new residence of Yatin Shah is 10,312 square feet. The deal is one of the costliest in Mumbai real estate as the cost per square foot that Yatin Shah has paid is Rs 1.53 lakh.

Prime Ceejay Residency where Yatin Shah bought duplex

The Prime Ceejay Residency is a project which is currently under construction. According to reports, it will luxury a new definition in Mumbai’s already high-priced property market. The Residency will have 33 storeys. There will be 19 premium units which have been divided into 4BHK and 5BHK apartments. As per a report by ET NOW, by June 2025 the project will be finished and will become an epitome of luxury.

As per Zapkey, this is one of the several high-value real estate deals in the South and Central areas of Mumbai. Recently in May 2024, Karan Bhagat, the founder and CEO of 360 ONE purchased two apartments in the Oberoi 360 West, a super luxury project for Rs 170 cr.

According to a report by ET NOW, the property market in Mumbai, which is already the most expensive in India is showing no signs of slowing down. High-value transactions are high in the city driven by the demand across mid-income to luxury segments. Due to that, in India’s top eight cities, residential sales reached an all-time high in 2023 and the momentum is visible in 2024. Eminent people like industrialists, corporate leaders, and celebrities are preferring important areas like central, south Mumbai and Worli which have made Mumbai the premier real estate market in India.
