Some parental control software like Net Nanny or Kaspersky Safe Kids can also track browsing done in incognito mode. This software runs in the background and keeps a record of all browsing activity, which may prove useful to parents or administrators.

Google Account Activity
If a person is logged in to his Google Account, his activity may be recorded in Google Activity, even if he is browsing in Incognito mode. By going to Google Activity, you can see the list of websites saved in your Google account. By doing this, you can also find out someone's incognito mode browsing history.
