After her great performance in Aashiqui 2, Shraddha Kapoor became well-known in Bollywood. Since the movie did well, she definitely became known in the business. Fans have been eagerly anticipating the third movie in the Aashiqui series for more than ten years, even though the first movie came out in theaters. There is no official word on when or if the next movie will be made, but Shraddha Kapoor did not rule it out either. The actress talked about whether or not there would be an Aashiqui 3 and whether she would be interested in doing it.

There was an NDTV World Summit 2024 where Shraddha talked about her journey in the movie business so far. She talked about many things, including the love she got from Aashiqui 2. When asked if there would be an Aashiqui 3, Shraddha said, “Not that I know of.” I mean, I’m sure that if the creators thought of a follow up, they would come up with something really cool. And, of course, Aashiqui loved and appreciated me so much. “The story, that movie changed everything for me.”

Shraddha also talked about whether she would be in the series again if there was a third movie. “I’m sure that if they do come up with something, it would be really, really awesome,” the star said. Also, I’d be open to it if I thought it would be something new and difficult for me as an actress. She also said that she is much clearer now and only wants to be in movies that make her and the viewers really excited.

The Mohit Suri movie Aashiqui 2 came out in 2013 and had a big effect on Bollywood songs and stories. Aditya Roy Kapur played the lead role opposite Shraddha. Aashiqui 2 came to Shraddha many years after Teen Patti, her first movie role.

At the same time, Shraddha is enjoying the success of Stree 2, which also stars Rajkummar Rao, Aparshakti Khurana, Pankaj Tripathi, and Abhishek Banerjee. Along with other well-known Hindi movies like Khel Khel Mein and Vedaa, it came out on August 15. In India, the movie made more than Rs 700 crore.
