1. The fast of Ekadashi is kept on the Krishna Paksha of every month and Ekadashi date of Shukla Paksha.
2. Always pass the fast of Ekadashi after sunrise on Dwadashi date.
3. On this day, get up before sunrise and take a bath and worship Lord Vishnu.
4. Resolve the fast and chant the mantra 'Om Namo Bhagwate Vasudevaya'.
5. On the day of Ekadashi fast, you can eat fruit, such as satvic food, fruits, milk, curd, sago.
6. Fasting Ekadashi should avoid lying in your mind from lying in your mind.
7. Do not make rice in your house on Ekadashi.
8. Follow celibacy on this day.
9. Do not eat in a bronze vessel at the time of passing.
10. Do not consume food made from lentils and oil.
11. Donation and virtue have special significance on the day of Ekadashi fasting.
