Kolkata: HDB Financial Services, a subsidiary of HDFC Bank, India’s largest private sector lender, hit the headlines with a Rs 12,500-crore IPO which is the biggest IPO in 2025 so far. The allotment of HDB Financial Services IPO shares will take place today, June 30. At the time of closing of bidding, the IPO garnered an overall subscription of 16.69 times, with institutional and non-institutional investors leading the charge — a total of bids for 217.7 crore shares were received compared to only 13.04 shares on offer. The retail portion was subscribed 1.5 times.

STEP FIVE: Type in details asked for

STEP SIX: Click ‘Submit’ to check allotment status
