UPPSC PCS Mains Exam 2025: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released the complete schedule of the PCS Mains Exam 2025. This exam will be conducted from 29 June to 2 July 2025 at the designated exam centers in Lucknow and Prayagraj. All the exams will be held in two shifts and the admit cards for this have been made available on the official website.

UPPSC PCS Mains Exam 2025 will be conducted for four days, the dates of which are - 29 June, 30 June, 1 July, and 2 July 2025. This exam will be conducted in two shifts daily. The first shift will run from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, while the second shift will be from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. Only those candidates will be able to participate in this main exam, who have cleared the PCS Preliminary Exam 2024 and have been declared eligible by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission.

UPPSC PCS Main Exam Pattern: How many papers will there be?

There will be a total of 7 compulsory papers in the UPPSC PCS Main Exam 2025. It includes General Hindi and Essay papers, carrying 150 marks each. Apart from this, there will be four papers on General Studies, each carrying 200 marks. Along with this, two papers related to the Uttar Pradesh special will also be a part of the exam. This exam is being conducted for the selection of various prestigious posts of State Service like Deputy District Magistrate (SDM), Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Sub Registrar, Transport Officer etc.

15,066 candidates had passed the preliminary examination
A total of 5,76,154 candidates had registered for the UP PCS Preliminary Exam 2024. Out of which 2,41,359 candidates appeared in the exam. Out of these participants, 15,066 candidates have been declared successful. Now these candidates are eligible to appear in the main examination. Candidates who will be successful in the main examination will be called by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) for an interview of 100 marks, which will be an important part of the final selection process.

Click on the link “PCS Mains 2025 Admit Card” on the homepage.
Fill in the required information like registration number, date of birth, and verification code.
As soon as you submit, the admit card will appear on the screen.
