New Creta will come in four engine options

After the arrival of Creta Hybrid, customers will be able to buy this SUV in a total of four engine options:

  • 1.5 liters of natural aspirated petrol engine
  • 1.5 liter turbo petrol engine
  • 1.5 liter diesel engine
  • 1.5 liter petrol-hybrid engine (new variant)

Creta coming in the hybrid version will give much better fuel efficiency than the rest of the existing variants.

When will Hyundai Creta Hybrid be launched?

According to media reports, Hyundai can launch Creta Hybrid in the market by 2027. However, there is no official confirmation from the company so far. But in view of the demand for increasing cafe 3 norms and fuel efficiency, the company is working fast in this direction.

Which vehicles will compete with?

Creta Hybrid will directly compete:

  • Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara
  • Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder

Both these SUVs are already present with hybrid options. In such a situation, the arrival of Creta Hybrid will give customers a new and strong option. Hyundai aims to bring models in the SUV segment of Rs 15 to 30 lakhs that become durable options with better mileage and low pollution in the domestic and international market.
