New Delhi, June 16: HYROX, a unique fitness competition that merges running with functional workout stations, has revealed its race calendar for the 2025-26 season, spanning from July 2025 to June 2026.
Following a successful inaugural event in Mumbai earlier this year, HYROX India is set to host three major races in key metropolitan areas: Delhi on July 19, 2025, Mumbai on September 7, 2025, and Bengaluru on April 11, 2026, according to a recent announcement.
This initiative marks the first comprehensive season rollout in India, establishing a foundation for sustained growth and enhanced regional involvement.
Deepak Raj, Head of HYROX India, expressed excitement about the national expansion, stating, “We’re excited to launch a multi-city calendar that encourages fitness lovers nationwide to participate. From north to south and west, we’re fostering a competitive yet inclusive community ready to race.”
HYROX is recognized globally for its innovative format, which includes eight rounds of 1 km running paired with a workout station. It caters to athletes of all levels, making it accessible for everyone—from elite competitors to casual gym enthusiasts.
The introduction of HYROX in India coincides with a rising awareness of fitness and a growing interest in community-oriented competitive formats. With events planned in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore, HYROX aims to establish itself as a national fitness sport, uniting participants from various backgrounds and regions.
The upcoming season will also provide Indian athletes with opportunities to earn rankings, further enhancing the competitive landscape.
