The Rajasthan government has taken a big initiative to promote daughters in the field of agriculture. Now the government will give scholarships to those daughters of the state who want to study further by taking agriculture subject after tenth. The special thing is that this scholarship will be given not only for 11th-12th but for studies up to PhD in the field of agriculture. This scheme is for those female students who come from economically weaker families and want to make their future in subjects related to agriculture.

The last date for application in the scheme has been fixed as 31 January 2026. This scheme of the government is only for the female students of Rajasthan. To avail of the benefits of this scheme, female students should study in any government or government-recognized school, college, or university of the state. While applying, the female students will have to submit the domicile certificate and mark sheet of the previous class.

This many scholarships will be available under the scheme.

If a female student studies agriculture subject in 11th and 12th after 10th, then she will get an incentive amount of 15 thousand rupees annually. On the other hand, if the female student does a four-year course in subjects like agriculture, horticulture, dairy, agricultural engineering, or food processing at the graduate level, then she will be given a scholarship of 25 thousand rupees annually. At the same time, the female students studying BSc Agriculture or Agri-Business in Shri Karna Narendra Agri-Business College, Jobner will also be assisted 25 thousand rupees per year, whether the course is four years or five years. The female students doing a Master's degree i.e. MSc (Agriculture) will get an amount of 25 thousand rupees per year for two years. At the same time, the government will give a scholarship of 40 thousand rupees per year to the daughters doing PhD for a maximum of three years.

To take advantage of this scheme, eligible female students can apply online on the Raj Kisan Saathi Portal with their own SSO ID or by visiting the nearest e-Mitra center. After applying, the concerned agriculture officer will check the documents and send them to the head of the institution (principal). The head of the institution i.e. the head of the school, college, or university will check the application of the student and issue an e-sign certificate. It will be certified in which class the student is studying and whether she has been admitted in the same class again or not. If any wrong information is found, then the responsibility will be of the head of the institution.
