Mumbai: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has released the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) results today, May 5. Students need to use their login credentials such as roll number and mother’s name to check the MSBSHSE HSC result 2025. One should note that the Maharashtra Board 12th result 2025 link will be available at 1 pm.
According to the sources, a total of 14,27,085 students registered for the exam of which 14,17,969 appeared. Around 13 lakh students passed the exam. The overall pass percentage for regular students is 91.88 per cent. The girls pass percentage is 94 per cent. The boys pass per cent is 89 per cent. The overall pass percentage was down by 1.49 points compared to previous year.

The official sources suggest that 36,136 private students registered for board exam, of which around 35,000 appeared. The overall pass percentage of Maha Board HSC private students is 73.73 per cent. A total of 42,000 repeaters and 15,823 students passed the exam.
The MSBSHSE is all set to start the application process for Maha Board HSC supplementary exam tomorrow. Students need to pay Rs 50 for rechecking and Rs 300 for photocopy of answer sheets.
