The State Bank of India (SBI), the country’s largest public sector bank, has announced a dividend of ₹15.90 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The announcement was made following a meeting of the bank’s Central Board on Saturday, May 3.

According to the BSE filing, the dividend represents 1590% of the face value of Re 1 per share. The bank has set May 16, 2025, as the record date to determine shareholders eligible to receive the dividend, which will be paid on May 30, 2025.

This move reflects SBI’s strong performance and commitment to rewarding its shareholders.
