This dish that can be easily made at home without using any artificial material will be liked by everyone from children to elders. A combination of sweet fruits such as mangoes and strawberries gives it a refreshing and tropical taste, and overnight oats are energizing and easy to digest. So, let us start your morning by preparing these healthy oats within a few minutes before bedtime!

Material

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 4 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry shortcake cashew butter
  • 1 complete mango, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh strawberry, chopped

Action

  • Take a bowl first to make strawberry mango overnight oats at home.
  • Add oats and chia seeds to this bowl.
  • Now add almond milk and strawberry Greek yogurt and mix all the ingredients well.
  • After this, add strawberry shortcake cashew butter and mix.
  • Now put half of the prepared mixture in a glass pot or glass.
  • After applying the first layer, add ripe mango and strawberry pieces to the second layer, it does not need to be mixed.
  • Then spread the remaining oats up and close the lid.
  • Keep this container or glass in the refrigerator overnight.
  • These oats soaked overnight absorb all the tastes well, resulting in a very good taste in the morning.
  • In the morning, take the container out of the fridge and spread fresh mango-strawberry pieces on it again.
  • Mix all the ingredients slowly and enjoy the nutritious taste.
