Hyderabad: Amazon has launched its newest Kindle Paperwhite in India, enhancing the reading experience with more speed, better design, and improved functionality. The latest Kindle Paperwhite is priced at Rs 16,999 and is available in Black and currently on sale on Amazon.in. This is the fastest and thinnest Paperwhite ever released and by far the most updated among the family.
The new Kindle sports a 7-inch display, the largest ever on a Paperwhite, ensuring a better reading experience in sharper text and images. It also has a Dual-Core Processor for turning pages 25% faster, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted reading time. An ultra-light design puts no burden on travel and allows reading-with-Kindle Paperwhite practically anywhere. Not to forget, a bit of water splashed on it or exposure to dazzling sunlight or low light is not likely to trouble it, thanks to the waterproofness and glare-free 300 ppi screen.
By far, one of the most impressive features is its battery life. On a single charge with USB-C, it can last up to twelve weeks. That should provide enough buffer to read without recharging almost constantly. The Kindle Paperwhite has 16GB of storage, offering plenty of room for holding thousands of books and supports a variety of Indian and international languages accessing over 1.5 crore eBooks on Amazon, including books in Hindi, Tamil, and Marathi.
