YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme: Yamuna Motorway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) residential plot scheme registration has begun. This is a great chance for anybody who has always wanted a house close to Jewar Airport. The registration period will be available for one month.

As a result of the authority’s several high-stakes initiatives, such as International Film City, a medical park, and industrial routes, the area is developing quickly.

The deadline for registration is May 21, 2025.

YEIDA plan details
Each plot will be 200 square metres in size. There are 276 plots in all. Of these, 17.5%, or 48, are set aside for farmers whose property has been bought or acquired for the planned expansion of Jewar Airport and/or YEIDA.

Additionally, 14 (5%) have been set aside by the authorities for the category of functioning industrial units. With the Yamuna Motorway, Eastern Peripheral Motorway, Medical Device Park, F-1 Racetrack, Film City, Noida International Airport, and Electric Manufacturing Cluster all nearby, the plots are in an excellent position.

The price and registration fee
To continue with the booking, the authorities have fixed a registration fee of Rs 7,00,000. However, Rs 3,50,000 is the sum for SC/ST.

According to the report, a residential parcel of land under this project costs Rs 35,000 per square metre.

It should be mentioned that the plots will be distributed by the authorities using a separate lot drawing for each category. The registration fee will be deducted from the total amount of the plot’s due premium after a successful application.
