As seen on his Instagram bio, Ishaan Mehra is a professional fitness trainer and a formerly an international swimmer. The two sparked speculation during a New Year’s vacation in Thailand, with Shahen embracing an unidentified man in a boat, who has now confirmed to be Ishaan.

The Bhatt and Kapoor families rang in 2025 in Thailand. Shaheen shared a series of photos from the vacation, and fans noticed a recurring face—the mystery man. One of the mystery man was capturing her sitting right next to him in a boat, and some even captured them in warm embrace.
