Recently, Alia Bhatt attended the Cannes Film Festival 2026, where her glamorous look caught everyone’s attention. When she was asked about the secret of her healthy skin, she told that she eats homemade snacks, which are beneficial for her skin and gut.
Alia said, ‘Ghee is beneficial for our intestines and it is also beneficial for our skin. You can make a healthy breakfast using ghee. For this you will have to mix some jaggery, coarsely ground peanuts and grated coconut in ghee. This is a skin snack, which I eat because it makes my skin glow.
Alia often mentions home remedies in her interviews. According to medical research, there is a direct relationship between a healthy gut, healthy fat and skin quality. Ghee contains fat soluble vitamins like vitamins A, E, and K, which help in skin repair and maintain the skin barrier.
You should consume foods which are beneficial for the stomach. Include fiber-rich, fermented and balanced foods in your diet, which improves the digestive system and keeps the body healthy. Not only healthy eating, but adequate sleep, reducing stress, drinking enough water and less exposure to sunlight are also important for glowing skin.
