The Indian women’s team all -rounder Deepti Sharma has praised former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. He said that he has learned to maintain restraint in difficult situations by watching Dhoni’s videos. Dhoni, popularly known as Captain Cool, is considered the best in terms of dealing with pressure. Deepti has recently completed 300 wickets in international cricket. He is the second Indian bowler to do so after Jhulan Goswami (355).

Deepti has continuously impressed with her off -spin bowling and brilliant batting in lower order. His ability to remain calm under pressure makes Deepti a different level player. Deepti has been one of the team’s most consistent performance players over the years. They are often entrusted with the responsibility of making important successes from the ball or removing the team from the bat difficult situations.

Deepti likes challenges

Deepti told BCCI TV, “I have learned to face pressure from MS Dhoni Saheb. Whenever he had a match, I used to stick to the TV and watch the match. I never felt that they were under pressure at any time, they used to handle the situation peacefully and eventually win the match. I have also developed the same qualities in my game. In the powerplay or in the last over, I bowl very peacefully. I like the challenges and whenever there is a difficult situation, the team management feels that we have talent and we can complete the work. “

He said, “Of course, it is very nice to complete 300 wickets and it is a very proud moment for me and my family. The team has also praised me for this achievement. When I started playing cricket, I did not pay attention to these things. Then my only goal was to play for India. I did not practice with hard work and dedication. I did not practice with record and other things.” This thing was never in my mind, but it looks good when we achieve something.
